Hola...

I want to thank you for visiting my site www.rebekahdelrio.com which has just had a birthday. One whole year! It's amazing and I'm so grateful for folks like you that have taken the time to check up on me. I have been doing everything I can to get a record together. Last year I thought I was close to a record deal... maybe 2003 will be the year for me. Please check by when you can because Brian is updating my site often. I have a couple of movies in the making. It’s not a matter of IF... they tell me... it's a matter of WHEN. I have to believe this and letters from fans help me trust that this is my destiny. Gracias. I'll be letting you know when the action starts with the films and where to find me. I just recently started a Jazz/Standards band and we'll start performing in 2003 around the Los Angeles Area. Let me know if you would like to be added to the invite list.

My travels to England with Sting and Trudie Styler were fantastic and I'll be posting pictures of my adventures on the site. I just performed for the Divas Simply Singing Concert which was a fabulous success. I was so thrilled to be singing with Divas such as China Forbes of Pink Martini and E.G. Daily (the voice of Tommy from the Rugrats) The Divas were all very nice to me... not Diva-ish at all.

Tonight is the Country Music Awards, ironically enough, the night of my 1st Anniversary for the site. I always wanted to perform at the CMA's but my country record was not released so... I am now hoping to perform at the Grammy's... why not, right?

I'm writing another song with my favorite director, David Lynch. I hope it helps me get another record deal so I can get my music out to you folks.
