Latest News from RebekahJanuary 12th, 2007 Greetings and Welcome to 2007.. I've been busy with my all female band W.O.R.L.D. working on a rockin' set to bring to the ears of my fans in Los Angeles. I'm also working on a one woman show "All My Life, Toda Mi Vida... Rebekah Del Rio... 40 years in the making" I will have dates for these events posted here when they are set. I'll be turning the big 40 and I want to share my life, music, and love with the folks that have been my champions all these years... by giving back.. I will be working on a new collection of songs I've written, played the instruments, recorded, produced & engineered on my own. This record will drop on July 10 2007 to commemorate my coming of age. Sort of like the Bat Mitzvah I never had..or the Quinceañera I should have had.. I had a QuinceNADA.... no sweet 16 either.. so 40 is the new 20 and this girl's gonna reveal all... (wink wink). Welcome to my new Official Web Site! Thanks to the amazing work from genius web king Jared Lyon and of course the ever fabulous webmaster, J. Brian Washman, who have been hard at work to bring you a better, brighter and beautiful site. I hope you enjoy the new look and extra features such as the Fan Forum where you can share with other fans and possibly chat with me from time to time. Nic Harcourt on the KCRW show Morning Becomes Eclectic has been playing "Llorando" for the last 2 years. The show airs 9 am to noon PST. It's rebroadcast weekdays 4 to 7 pm PST and 2 to 5 am PST.
